Performance evaluation of Energy efficiency

  • Evaluation of heat transfer coefficient and condensation prevention performance in high-efficiency energy appliances and construction materials
  • Testing of fundamental properties of glass, and evaluation of water-tightness, air-tightness, wind resistance and SHGC of windows, doors and curtain walls
  • Evaluation of energy efficiency of radiant heating & cooling system and its materials Evaluation of the fundamental properties and thermal conductivity of organic & inorganic insulation materials

Testing & Evaluation of sound environment

  • Evaluation of acoustic transmission loss (sound insulation) performance of partition walls, windows, doors, sound insulation sheets

Testing and evaluation of curtain walls

  • Air tightness test: Loss in heating and cooling energy is indirectly evaluated by checking the rate of air leakage a building
  • Water tightness test: Testing of water penetration into a building at times of heavy rainfall
  • Wind resistance test: Evaluation of a structure’s safety against strong wind and internal-external pressure difference
  • Seismic and Wind induced Interstory movements test: Evaluation of safety against a structure’s shaking sideways and up and down
  • Thermal cycling and condensation evaluation test: Testing of abnormalities in exterior materials caused by temperature difference and evaluation of livability
